Imani has been dancing and involved in the performing arts since the age of three. She trained for over ten years at Rocky Mountain School of the Arts in Cody, Wyoming, where she performed in numerous productions, including the annual Nutcracker and the locally produced Wild West Spectacular. Her training spans a wide range of dance styles, including Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Contemporary Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, and Modern. In 2023, Imani graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Education and an Associate degree in Criminology. During her time at ASU, she performed in a variety of productions, including Fall Forward, Emerging Artists, MFA Applied Projects, and Graduate Project Presentations. Imani is currently pursuing a master’s degree at Grand Canyon University, specializing in teaching adult learners. She is passionate about fostering creativity, technical excellence, and confidence in dancers of all ages and experience levels.
