Megan Ayers is a dedicated dancer and silks aerialist with a lifelong passion for the arts. Starting her dance journey at the age of four, she has honed her skills through extensive training and performance. Megan earned her Associate of Arts in Dance from Scottsdale Community College in 2018 and received her Bachelor’s in Business from Arizona State University in 2020.
Her early dance career began with Artistic Motion Dance, where she competed from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, she joined the Arizona Youth Ballet (AZYB) as a soloist and principal dancer, captivating audiences in iconic roles such as the Arabian and Dew Drop in The Nutcracker, Fairy of the Golden Vine in Sleeping Beauty, and Prayer in Coppélia.
Megan transitioned to professional dance in April 2018 with Rogue Dance Theater under Artistic Director Mia Grady, performing in And Then There Were None. Soon after, she became an Accelerated Apprentice with CaZo Dance Company and advanced to a Core Member in December 2018. Her professional journey also includes performances with Align Dance Theatre (Artistic Director Wendy Ellis) and DeLashmette Dance (Artistic Director Angelica DeLashmette). Megan’s unwavering dedication and exceptional talent continue to propel her success in the dance world.
