Gracie Larson was a competitive gymnast before moving to Show Low, Arizona in 2015. Upon her arrival, she began taking classes in all genres offered at The Dance Academy of the White Mountains. In 2016, she was invited to join The Dance Academy’s Company and performed with them for 6 years. With the Dance Academy, Gracie attended tons of dance conventions and competitions, garnering multiple scholarships and invitations to perform with other companies.
In 2021, Gracie’s first competition solo (which she choreographed) received the highest ranking (Ultimate Elite), a judges choice award, and won the Best Student Choreography Award at CRU Dance Competition in Albuquerque. She submitted that same solo to Impact Dance Virtual Competition and received the Power and Precision Award.
In addition to being part of The Dance Academy, Gracie became a member of DMJ Dance Collective in 2017. With DMJ, she has performed in many dance festivals across Arizona and in Las Vegas, as well as attended various workshops and masterclasses. She has also guest performed with Desert Dance Theater in their production of Sister Moses.
Gracie is a full-time student at ASU. She has been with CaZo since Summer 2022 and is excited to continue dancing with them!
